Adhoc Support Requests
For one off support requests our team of friendly experienced engineers is on hand to help you out. We are often called in when an emergency situation occurs such as data or connectivity loss.
Many of our customers want the reassurance of a support company, without requiring a service level agreement and express priority service. Our pre-pay offering allows you to buy support hours in blocks benefitting from discounted pricing over adhoc rates.
Our most popular support option is via a monthly contract. You buy a pre-determined number of hours per month and we’re on hand to help you both remote and onsite. Our contract clients benefit from our lowest rates, fixed SLA’s and priority service.
